Returns:

Returns can be exchanged for in-store credit.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging. We may refuse returns that are damaged or clearly used. We do not except returns on customized items, eg: Name Engravings etc.

Damaged or Defective Items:
 If your product arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 14 days by emailing invictusleather@gmail.com. Return shipping is covered by us, and we’ll provide a full refund or replacement.
